Abstract :
Currently, the basic data which relating to the patients with CKD stage V must undergoing hemodialysis therapy such as weight data, blood pressure, intra hemodialysis complications and the other has not obtained recent data because the data is still in a simple form, each of which was recorded in medical records of the patients. For these reasons, the research was conducted in order to obtain basic data of CKD stage V who need more accurate hemodialysis therapy, so it can be an ongoing research by academics and clinicians. This research was using a cross-sectional approach involving 283 respondents. While collect the data in this research using observation technique with data collection tools such as observation sheets (weight data, blood pressure, Qb, intra hemodialysis complications). Results of this research include the data of pre hemodialysis highest systolic BP was 227 mmHg and the lowest was 90 mmHg. Pre highest diastolic BP was 120 mmHg and the lowest was 53 mmHg. Intra hemodialysis systolic BP was 220 mmHg and the lowest was 90 mmHg. Intra hemodialysis diastolic BP was 110 mmHg and the lowest was 52 mmHg. The highest IDWG value is 13 kg and the lowest was -4 kg. Most complications were experienced by respondents is intra hemodialysis hypertension are 146 people (51.6%). The highest QB is 300 mL/min and the smallest is 150 mL/min. In this case the nurse has an important role for monitoring liquid intake and conditions of the patient during the hemodialysis process.
