Maternity Planning Program and Delivery Complications Prevention (P4K) with stickers, is a government program in an effort to accelerate the reduction in maternal mortality and newborn baby. Based on the data obtained, some pregnant women with P4K sticker in Puskesmas Rendang still do not receive ANC standard. The purpose of this study was to determine overview of pregnant women preparation towards component of P4K in pregnant women with P4K sticker.This study used a descriptive survey research design with cross sectional approach. Total sample was 119 people. Purposive sampling technique was applied in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Questionnaires were used in collecting the data, which have been tested for validity beforehand. The results showed of 119 respondents, 112 respondents (94.12%) had prepared a birth attendants, 97 respondents (81.51%)had prepared cost for maternity, 100 respondents (84.03 %) had prepared vehicle, 29 respondents (24.37%) had prepare prospective blood donors and already preparedmaternity method of post-birth as many as 65 respondents (54.62%). Based on the above data it can be concluded that not all pregnant women with P4K stickers prepared all components that required on P4K, so that health workers are expected to be more active in providing information about P4K.
